| The Vail Plaza Hotel and Club, completed in Fall of 2007, is a brand-new addition to Mid-Vail. The building is comprised of 100 hotel rooms and 38 fractional residential suites. Ownership is in a specific residence and based on "fixed weeks." Members can purchase as little as two fixed weeks to accomodate their vacation needs. There is a maximum of 12 owners per residence. The Vail Plaza Club offers one to four bedroom residences with a variety of floorplans to choose from. There are two restaurants on site, a health spa and state of the art fitness center. The list of amenities and services is long including valet parking, member storage, ski valet, personal chefs, concierge services and weekly housekeeping. | ||
