| The Austria Haus Club is a private member-owned residence club consisting of 18 condominiums. There are 7 two-bedroom, 5 three-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom penthouse residences which are managed by the Sonnenalp Family of Resorts. Each member can reserve five weeks planned vacation time throughout the year. A rotating, priority reservation system is used to ensure that all members have equal access to the club. Members can also utilize additional \"space available\" vacation time. Members of The Ausria Haus Club have on-site access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a fitness room, bar and lounge, complimentary continental breakfast. The Club services include but are not limited to; daily housekeeping, concierge services, valet parking, ski and member storage. |
